We Deliver Across India
Every IZORA order is packed with intention and shipped with care. From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door — we make sure it feels like a gift.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we take 1 to 2 business days to process and pack it. This includes quality checking every piece, folding it carefully, placing it in the muslin bag, adding your seed paper card and handwritten note, and sealing it in the branded box.
Orders placed before 12 noon are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon are processed the next business day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message as soon as your order is packed and handed to our courier partner.
Delivery Timelines
Standard Delivery
5 to 7 business days across India. Available on all orders. Free on orders above ₹999.
Express Delivery
2 to 3 business days. Available at checkout for an additional charge of ₹99. Recommended for cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Surat.
Same Day and Next Day Delivery
Currently not available. We are working on this for select cities — coming soon.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons, festive periods, sale events, or due to weather and courier delays in certain pin codes.
Shipping Charges
Orders above ₹999 — Free shipping across India.
Orders below ₹999 — Flat ₹99 shipping charge applied at checkout.
Express delivery — Additional ₹99 on top of applicable shipping charge.
Cash on Delivery — Available across most pin codes in India. A small COD handling fee of ₹49 is applied at checkout.
Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pin codes in India. Simply select COD at checkout and pay when your order arrives at your door.
A COD handling fee of ₹49 is added at checkout. This is non-refundable in case of a return.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If delivery is attempted and no one is available, our courier partner will attempt redelivery once. After two failed attempts the order will be returned to us and a re-shipping charge will apply.
How We Ship
All IZORA orders are shipped through Shiprocket, which connects us to India’s most reliable courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, XpressBees, and DTDC. Your order is automatically assigned to the fastest available courier for your pin code.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use this link to follow your order in real time.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive:
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. A WhatsApp message with the same tracking details. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Track Your Order page and entering your order number and email address.
If you have not received a tracking update within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us on WhatsApp or email and we will look into it immediately.
Delivery to Remote Areas
We deliver to most pin codes across India including tier 2 and tier 3 cities and towns. However, some very remote or restricted pin codes may not be serviceable.
If your pin code is not serviceable at checkout, you will be notified immediately. In this case please contact us on WhatsApp and we will try our best to find an alternative shipping solution for you.
Delivery to remote areas may take up to 10 business days.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order more than one kurti, all items will be shipped together in a single package unless one of the items is a pre-order. Pre-order items are shipped separately once they are ready, and you will not be charged double shipping for this.
Pre-Order Shipping
Some products on IZORA are available for pre-order before they are officially in stock. For pre-order items the estimated dispatch date is clearly mentioned on the product page.
Your payment is collected at the time of placing the pre-order. Your order will be dispatched on or before the mentioned date and you will be notified via WhatsApp and email as soon as it ships.
Currently our Root and Rise Kurti is available on pre-order with an estimated dispatch within 15 to 20 business days from the date of order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your package arrives damaged or visibly tampered with — please do not accept it from the courier. Instead, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your order number.
If your order is lost in transit or shows delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will raise a claim with the courier and resolve the issue within 5 to 7 business days.
Packaging
Every IZORA order comes in our signature packaging — a matte branded rigid box in deep crimson on warm cream, a reusable muslin draw-string bag, a seed paper thank-you card that you can plant, and a handwritten note from us to you.
Please note that the packaging itself is part of the IZORA experience and is not available for purchase separately.
Important Notes
Shipping timelines are calculated in business days — Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time but we are working on it.
IZORA is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances outside our control such as natural disasters or public emergencies.
Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and phone number are entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
