• Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay which is PCI DSS compliant — we never see or store your full card or UPI details
• We use SSL encryption on our website — you will always see https in your browser when on izoraa.in
• Access to customer data within the IZORAA team is restricted to only those who need it to fulfil orders or resolve queries
• We retain your order data for a minimum of 3 years as required for accounting and legal compliance
• If you request deletion of your account and data, we will comply within 30 days subject to any legal obligations we must fulfil
