Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay which is PCI DSS compliant — we never see or store your full card or UPI details
We use SSL encryption on our website — you will always see https in your browser when on izoraa.in
Access to customer data within the IZORAA team is restricted to only those who need it to fulfil orders or resolve queries
We retain your order data for a minimum of 3 years as required for accounting and legal compliance
If you request deletion of your account and data, we will comply within 30 days subject to any legal obligations we must fulfil
