1. Orders
Q. How do I place an order?
• Browse our collection on izoraa.in
• Select the product you want
• Choose your size and colour
• Click Add to Cart
• Go to checkout and enter your delivery details
• Choose your payment method — UPI, card, net banking, or Cash on Delivery
• Confirm your order
• You will receive a confirmation on WhatsApp and email immediately
Q. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
• You can request a change or cancellation only within 2 hours of placing the order
• After 2 hours your order goes into processing and we cannot make changes
• To request a change or cancellation within the 2 hour window, WhatsApp us immediately with your order number
• Once the order is packed and dispatched, cancellation is not possible under any circumstance
Q. Can I add items to an existing order?
• No. Once an order is placed it cannot be modified to add more items
• Please place a new separate order for any additional items
Q. I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation. What do I do?
• First check your spam or junk folder in your email
• Check that the email address and phone number entered at checkout are correct
• If you still have not received a confirmation within 1 hour of placing the order, WhatsApp us with your name and the approximate time of order and we will look into it immediately
Q. Can I place an order over WhatsApp or Instagram?
• At this time orders can only be placed through our website izoraa.in
• We do not accept orders via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or any other channel
2. Products
Q. What fabrics are your kurtis made from?
• Our kurtis are made from natural fabrics
• We use pure cotton, cotton mulmul, soft khadi, cotton-linen blend, and printed mul cotton depending on the product
• Every product page clearly mentions the fabric used
• All fabrics are pre-washed, skin-friendly, and breathable
Q. Are the colours exactly as shown on screen?
• We make every effort to photograph our products in accurate, natural lighting
• However slight colour variation between the screen and the actual product is natural and depends on your device’s display settings
• This is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return or exchange
Q. Are your products true to size?
• Yes. Our sizing follows standard Indian ethnic wear measurements
• We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order
• The Size Guide is available on every product page and on the Size Guide page
• If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit
Q. Do you restock sold out products?
• We try to restock popular designs but cannot guarantee restocks on all products
• You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page by clicking Notify Me When Available

Q. What is a pre-order product?
• Pre-order products are pieces that are not yet in stock but are available to order in advance
• The estimated dispatch date is clearly mentioned on the product page
• Your payment is collected at the time of placing the pre-order
• Your order will be dispatched on or before the mentioned date
• Currently our Root and Rise Kurti is available on pre-order
Q. Do your fabrics shrink after washing?
• Our fabrics are pre-washed before stitching to minimise shrinkage
• However natural fabrics like cotton and khadi may have minimal shrinkage of 2 to 3 percent if washed in hot water
• Always wash in cold water to avoid any shrinkage

3. Sizing
Q. How do I find my size?
• Visit our Size Guide page for complete measurements in centimetres and inches
• Measure your chest, waist, and hip and match to our size chart
• Our sizes range from XS to XL
• Every product page also has a size guide link for easy access
Q. What if I am between two sizes?
• We recommend going one size up for a relaxed and comfortable fit
• For a more fitted look you may choose the smaller size
• If you are unsure WhatsApp us with your measurements and we will guide you personally
Q. Do all kurtis fit the same way?
• No. Different silhouettes fit differently
• Straight kurtis have a relaxed fit throughout
• The Anarkali has a fitted bodice with a flared skirt — size according to your chest and waist
• Embroidered pieces are slightly structured — we recommend going true to size or one size up
• Each product page mentions the specific fit notes for that piece
Q. Do you offer plus sizes?
• Yes. All our kurtis are available from XS to XL
• We believe every body deserves to wear IZORAA
• If you need help choosing the right size in a plus size please WhatsApp us
4. Payments
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
• UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI apps
• Debit card and credit card — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay
• Net banking — all major Indian banks
• Cash on Delivery — available across most pin codes
• All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay
Q. Is it safe to pay on your website?
• Completely safe
• Our website uses SSL encryption — you will always see https in the browser
• All payments are processed through Razorpay which is PCI DSS compliant
• We never store your card or UPI details on our servers
Q. Is Cash on Delivery available?
• Yes. COD is available across most pin codes in India
• A COD handling fee of ₹49 is added at checkout
• This fee is non-refundable
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
Q. My payment failed but money was deducted. What do I do?
• This sometimes happens due to a temporary bank or network issue
• In most cases the amount is automatically refunded to your account within 5 to 7 business days
• If the amount is not refunded within 7 business days, WhatsApp us with your name, the amount, and your bank details and we will resolve it immediately
• Do not place the order again until you have confirmed with us whether the first payment went through
Q. Can I use a discount code?
• Yes. Enter your discount code at checkout in the discount code field
• Only one discount code can be applied per order
• Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed
• Discount codes are not valid on pre-order products unless specifically stated
5. Shipping
Q. How long does delivery take?
• Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days across India
• Express delivery takes 2 to 3 business days and is available for an additional ₹99
• Remote areas may take up to 10 business days
Q. How much does shipping cost?
• Free on all orders above ₹999
• Flat ₹99 for orders below ₹999
• Express delivery is an additional ₹99
Q. How do I track my order?
• Once dispatched you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email
• You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order number and email
• If you have not received a tracking update within 48 hours of your order confirmation, WhatsApp us
Q. Do you deliver to my city?
• We deliver to most pin codes across India including tier 2 and tier 3 cities
• Enter your pin code at checkout to check serviceability
• If your pin code is not serviceable please WhatsApp us and we will try to find a solution
Q. Do you ship internationally?
• Not at this time
• We currently ship within India only
• International shipping is something we are working towards — follow our Instagram for updates
Q. What if my order is delayed?
• If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, WhatsApp us with your order number
• We will check with our courier partner and update you within 24 hours
• Delays can sometimes occur during festive seasons, bad weather, or in remote areas
6. Damage Claims
Q. My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
• Contact us on the same day of delivery — no exceptions
• Send us your unboxing video, your order number, and photos of the damage via WhatsApp
• Without a same-day report and unboxing video we are unable to process your claim
• Please read our full Damage Policy for complete details
Q. Do I need to record an unboxing video?
• Yes. This is mandatory
• We strongly recommend recording every IZORAA unboxing on video the moment your order arrives
• The video must show the package being opened and the product being taken out
• This protects you completely in case anything is wrong
Q. What if the wrong product was delivered?
• WhatsApp us on the same day of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product received
• We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no extra charge
• Please do not use or wash the wrong product , if its used our washed we can't help
Q. My package says delivered but I have not received it. What do I do?
• Contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery time
• We will investigate with our courier partner
• Resolution takes 5 to 7 business days
7. Returns and Exchange
Q. Can I return or exchange my order if I do not like it?
• No. We do not offer returns or exchanges based on preference, fit, or change of mind
• All sales are final
• We request you to check the size guide carefully and read the product description before placing your order
Q. Do you offer exchanges for a different size?
• No. We do not offer size exchanges
• Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering
• If you are unsure about sizing WhatsApp us before placing your order and we will help you choose
Q. When are returns accepted?
• Only in cases of damage, defect, or wrong product delivered
• Must be reported on the same day of delivery with an unboxing video
8. IZORAA Circle
Q. What is IZORAA Circle?
• IZORAA Circle is our loyalty membership program
• It is completely free to join
• Members earn points on every purchase which can be redeemed for discounts on future orders
• Members also get early access to new launches, exclusive collections, and a birthday surprise
Q. How do I join IZORAA Circle?
• Simply create an account on izoraa.in
• You are automatically enrolled in IZORA Circle when you create an account
• No separate sign up needed
Q. How do I earn points?
• You earn 1 point for every ₹1 spent on izoraa.in
• Points are credited to your account once your order is delivered
• Points are not earned on shipping charges or COD fees
Q. How do I redeem my points?
• Points can be redeemed at checkout
• The redemption value and minimum points required for redemption will be shown in your account
• Points cannot be transferred to another account or converted to cash
Q. Do my points expire?
• Points do not expire as long as your account remains active
• If your account is inactive for more than 12 months, points may be reset
9. Packaging
Q. What does IZORAA packaging look like?
• Every order comes in a branded rigid box in deep crimson on warm cream stamped with the IZORAA mark
• Inside is a reusable muslin draw-string bag holding your kurti
• A seed paper thank-you card that you can plant after unboxing
• A note from the IZORAA team
Q. What is seed paper?
• Seed paper is paper embedded with real plant seeds
• After opening your order, plant the thank-you card in soil, water it regularly, and watch it grow into a plant
• This is part of our commitment to sustainability — your unboxing gives back to the earth
Q. Can I request gift packaging?
• Our standard packaging is already gift-ready
• We do not currently offer additional gift wrapping as a paid service
• However if you would like us to add a custom message in the handwritten note for a gift, mention it in the order notes at checkout and we will personalise it for you

• Not at this time
• IZORAA is currently an online-only brand

• We review all collaboration requests and respond within 5 to 7 business days
Q. Is IZORAA a sustainable brand?
• Sustainability is at the core of everything we do
• We use 100% natural fabrics — cotton, mulmul, khadi
• Our packaging is thoughtfully designed — the muslin bag is reusable, the thank-you card is plantable seed paper, and the box is made from recycled materials
• We work with small artisan units in Surat to support local craft and craftsmanship
• We are a small brand making conscious choices at every step and we will continue to grow our sustainability practices as we grow
